BALTIMORE – West Virginia Tech went on the road to take on a Division I opponent and came away with a win.

The Golden Bears had a strong performance from Tamon Scruggs and beat the Bears in their house, 73-67.

Scruggs scored 19 and went 5-10 from outside the arc. Darrin Martin had 18 points in 40 minutes of court time.

Tech (4-4) moved back to .500 on the year. The Golden Bears have finished the 2020 portion of the schedule.
